The short version

• We only collect what you choose to send us through a form or by email, plus basic technical logs our host keeps to run the site.
• No analytics, no advertising trackers, and no tracking cookies. A few settings, like light or dark mode, are saved only in your own browser.
• We never sell or rent your information.
• You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information at any time.

Who we are

This site, migsflow.com, is run by MigsFlow Web Design, a web design business in Houston, Texas. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean MigsFlow Web Design.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out our quote form, homepage redesign application, contact form, or another form on this site, we receive what you enter. Depending on the form, that can include your name, email address, phone number, business name, current website, and details about your project, budget, and timeline.

Technical information. Like most websites, our host automatically records basic information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. This is used to keep the site running and secure.

Information stored in your browser. A few small settings are saved in your own browser and are never sent to us: your light or dark mode choice, any answers you type into our free Website Starter Checklist (so you can come back to them later), and a note that you’ve already seen our pop-up announcements during your visit. You can clear them at any time through your browser settings, and the checklist has its own “Clear my answers” button.

How we use it

• To reply to your message, quote request, or application.
• To send the email you asked for, such as our Welcome Package or Homepage Redesign Packet.
• To prepare proposals, invoices, and contracts, and to deliver your project if you become a client.
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam.

We don't add you to a marketing list or send newsletters unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services we use to run the business, and only what they need to do their job:

• Netlify: hosts this site and receives form submissions.
• Brevo: sends the emails you receive after submitting a form.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: the quick security check on our forms that keeps out spam bots. It looks at basic browser signals, not your form answers.
• HoneyBook: handles proposals, contracts, and invoices for clients. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

We may also share information if the law requires it. We never sell or rent your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions and emails for as long as we need them to respond to you, work on your project, and keep normal business records. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, just ask.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email us and we'll take care of it, usually within a few business days.

Links to other sites

This site links to other websites, such as Instagram, TikTok, Google Maps, and client websites in our portfolio. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we're not responsible for how they handle your information.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date at the top.
