How Each Plan Works

How it works

Both plans follow the same simple process to get started. No need to hop on a call if that's not your style — email works just fine.

01

Reach Out

Send me a message through email or the contact form. I'll send you a detailed services overview that breaks down both pricing options so you know exactly what to expect.

02

Fill Out the Questionnaire

Once you've reviewed the options, I'll send over a short questionnaire to understand your project, such as how many pages, what features you need, and any inspiration you have. This helps me build an accurate quote.

03

Get Your Custom Quote

Based on your answers, I'll send you a custom quote for either the lump sum or monthly plan. No surprises. You'll see exactly what you're paying for before we move forward.

04

Contract, Invoice & We Get Going

Once you're happy with the quote, I send over the contract and invoice. As soon as that's signed, the design and build process begins.

After Launch

Here's where the two plans differ — depending on what you chose, here's what happens once your site goes live.

Lump Sum

You own it outright

  • Your site is fully yours — all code, files, and content
  • Add $25/mo hosting if you need it managed for you
  • Add the $50/mo maintenance plan for ongoing edits and support
  • Or manage and host it yourself — no strings attached

Both plans include custom design, responsive development, basic SEO setup, contact form integration, and a fully launched website. Up to 5 pages are included — additional pages are $100 each.

With the lump sum plan, yes — you own everything from day one. With the monthly plan, you're leasing the site. After your 6-month minimum, you can buy it out at any time. Your monthly payments get subtracted from the buyout total, so you're never paying double.

During the design phase, you get unlimited revisions on a structured timeline — my designer works on a set schedule so timely feedback keeps everything moving. During the development phase, 3 revisions are included. Both plans follow the same revision process.

If you cancel without buying out, the site goes offline. The monthly plan is a lease — you can lease forever, or buy out at any time to officially own it. If you do buy out, your monthly payments are subtracted from the total cost.

Monthly subscribers get unlimited edits and support included for as long as they're subscribed. Lump sum and buyout clients can add the $50/mo maintenance plan for ongoing edits and support whenever they need it.

The buyout cost depends on the project. For example, if a comparable lump sum build would be $1,500 and you've paid 6 months at $150/mo ($900), your buyout would be around $600. If your project included extra pages or features, the total adjusts accordingly.

Most sites take 2–4 weeks from start to launch, depending on how quickly content is provided and how many revisions are needed. I'll give you a clear timeline once the project kicks off.
