-
I focus on building and developing your website (clean, responsive, hand-coded). I'm basically responsible for bringing your website to life!
For visual design, I collaborate with a professional UX/UI designer so every page feels intentional and polished. -
No, you'll communicate with me as your main point of contact. I'll gather any feedback you have for the designer and make sure everything is running smoothly!
-
Yes! If you have any websites/ brands that you take inspiration from, I'll let me designer know.
-
The timeline really depends on the project scope and how quickly you’re able to send feedback.
Once we have your content and your direction, things usually move pretty quickly. Either way, I’ll give you an estimated timeline up front. -
Communication is simple and consistent. Most updates and feedback are handled through email, and if something is urgent, we can use text or a quick call.
You’ll also have a clear timeline from the start, and I’ll send progress updates at key milestones so you always know where we are in the process. The faster feedback and content are provided, the faster your website can be completed.

With the lump sum plan, you pay upfront and own everything from day one. With the monthly plan, you're leasing the website at $150/mo with a 6-month minimum. After that, you can keep going month-to-month, or buy out the site to officially own it. Both plans include design, development, and up to 5 pages.
-
The buyout cost depends on what a comparable lump sum build would have been. Your monthly payments get subtracted from that total. For example, if the equivalent lump sum would be $1,500 and you've paid 6 months at $150/mo ($900), your buyout would be around $600. If your project included extra pages or features, the total adjusts accordingly.
-
If you cancel without buying out, the site goes offline. Think of the monthly plan like a lease — you can lease forever, lease to own, or walk away. If you do buy out before canceling, everything is yours to keep.
-
Nope! I cover the cost of working with my designer — that's on me. I partner with a professional UX/UI designer because I want every site to feel intentional and polished, and I don't think you should have to pay extra for that. The prices you see on my pricing page include everything: design and development.
-
I handle all payments through HoneyBook, which makes everything simple and secure. You can pay with any major credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) or ACH bank transfer. Everything is processed securely through Stripe on the backend, so your payment info is always protected.
-
For lump sum projects, yes. A deposit is required to reserve your spot and begin work. My minimum deposit is $100, and for most projects it is 50 percent of the total quote. For the monthly plan, your first month's payment kicks things off.
-
No. I do not use templates or website builders like Wix or WordPress. Everything I build is hand coded from scratch, so your site feels like your brand and not a copy and paste of someone else’s.
-
Custom code is lean, fast, and built only with what your website actually needs. Website builders often come with extra features and plugins running in the background that you may never use, which can slow things down.
It can also be more secure. With a hand coded site, there are fewer moving parts, fewer third party plugins, and no admin dashboard for someone to try to break into. In other words, there’s simply less stuff for hackers to mess with. Clean, simple, and a lot harder to poke at.
And of course, custom code gives you more flexibility and uniqueness. Your site is built around your brand, not boxed into a template. Basically, no extra fluff. Just the good stuff. -
Yes! I build every website to be fully responsive, which means it will look great and work smoothly on phones, tablets, laptops, and desktops.
I test it across screen sizes to make sure everything stays clean, readable, and easy to use no matter what device your customers are on. -
Yes, with a small note. Since your site is hand coded, you can't just log into a dashboard and click a few buttons to change things unless you know how to code.
Monthly plan subscribers get unlimited edits included for as long as they're subscribed. Lump sum and buyout clients can add the $50/mo maintenance plan for ongoing edits, or request one-off changes at a flat rate. Think of me like your website's personal mechanic. You drive it, I keep it running and looking fresh. -
If you went with the lump sum plan, absolutely! You own all the code and files, so switching is totally possible.
If you're on the monthly plan, you'd need to buy out the site first to get full ownership. Once you own it, you're free to take it wherever you want. Even if I get abducted by aliens, you'll have everything you need to keep your site going.
-
For lump sum projects, if you need to cancel after we've started, you can — no hard feelings. Your deposit is non-refundable since it reserves your spot and covers time invested. Any remaining balance for unfinished work gets refunded.
For the monthly plan, you can cancel after your 6-month minimum. If you cancel without buying out, the site goes offline. If you want to keep it, you can buy out at any time and your monthly payments get subtracted from the total. -
Refunds depend on the stage of the project. The deposit is non refundable once work begins.
After that, payments are tied to progress, so you’re only paying for work that’s been completed. Domain and hosting costs paid to third party providers are non refundable. -
Monthly plan subscribers already get unlimited edits and 24/7 support included.
For lump sum and buyout clients, I offer a $50/month maintenance plan for ongoing edits and site care. If you don't need monthly support, you can also request one-time updates as needed, and I'll quote a flat rate based on the change so you know the cost up front. -
You'll need a domain (your website name) regardless of which plan you choose. I recommend buying it through Porkbun.
For hosting, monthly plan subscribers have it included. Lump sum clients can either manage their own hosting or add my $25/mo hosting service. I recommend Netlify, and the cost is typically around $9–$20/month depending on your needs and traffic. I'll guide you through setup either way.
